Christmas is upon us. I love this time of year and never forget its true meaning.

If you'd like to make your own cards for special friends and family but don't feel confident, maybe try out one of my group sessions.

Next session we will be concentrating on 3D envelopes for your embellished cards and gorgeous hand made gift boxes.  Who wouldn't love to see those under the tree.

Looking forward to sunny days and making new memories.

Tool box card.

A little card box I found on pinterest from melstamps. I had o make it for a certain Son in Law. The faux leather look is done by spraying the cardstock with water, scrunching it up, unfolding and allowing to dry.
The tools are "punch art" and came up really well I thought.
Ill fill the box with his favourite chocolates.
All products are Stampin' Up!

Hope you're having an amazing day.
Thought I'd have a try at a dahlia style wreath for my back door.
I'm using soft greens this year hence the soft colours.
Time consuming but easily made using cone shaped pieces of coloured dsp, then each one glued to a small circle of card stock.

Pinwheel card

Hi all, sorry it's been so long but I'm having issues with iPad, I think...
Anyway, this is a test run.

I saw a post on Pinterest a couple of weeks ago on 'Pinwheels'.
Instant memories to school days popped into my mind. We used to make loads of them at primary school, so, adaptation to a card was essential lol.  I love the oversized look of the pinwheel.
I used a 4"x4" square but 3x3 is very cute too.
Rolled a small piece of DSP for stick
Popped a button and age in the centre and voila.
I love the new DSP from Stampin' Up! Too.
Check it out in my catalogue link at the top.
Have an amazing day!

Special order.

Festive fireplace.......

A little try at a recessed window card to showcase the brick wall embossing folder, log fire and the kitten from the stamp and die bundle. The holiday catalogue from Stampin' Up! Has so much fun inside!

Sneak Peak

Here's a little sneak peak at Stampin' Up!s new season to season wreath, available early September in the new holiday catalogue. I changed mine to use as a wall decor. So fun to make and easy as pie.
It comes with loads of embellishments, 3 types of ribbon, just everything you need to create the look you want.  I love it so will be making another for Christmas.
Thanks for stopping by, have an amazing day!

Vintage Cloche Hat card

I had a lovely time making this Cloche Hat card for a friend.
StampingT! has the template which I purchased for $2!! Bargain!
I'll try to post her store link shortly (after I've found it again)
I love the way the Every Day Chic papers from Stampin' Ups! 2015 annual catalogue make the hat look really vintage.
Certainly going to make more of these.
Oh, and a hat needs a hat box......

Hi, and thanks for popping in.
For my very first blog I'd like to share my very first Easel card with drawer and matching card box.
The colours and products I've used are all exclusively Stampin' Up!

The colours are simply
Pool Party ink pad and cardstock
Whisper White cardstock
With artisan Embelishments used as a stencil
And the gorgeous antique embelishment button.
The card was cased from Pinterest and I changed it to suit my needs.
